Members of Board will be required to participate in some of the activities of the Association such as advising partners (energy companies, government representatives and civil society organizations) on appropriate actions and making speeches at the events organized by the Association; and also inform the Association of new developments and issues in the industry. The members of the Board may also assume responsibilities for specific projects by volunteering.
The directors will report regularly (monthly) to the Board on the progress of the activities of the Association. The members of the Board will be required to provide an objective point of view on issues affecting the activities of Association.
